These Terms of Service govern your use of livelocal.life and purchases from Live.Local.Life. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. About our store

Live.Local.Life. is an independent online retailer of locally inspired apparel, gifts, and products from participating makers. Some apparel and accessories are created to order and produced, packed, or shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, products are not manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any city, school, government agency, organization, or other third party referenced in a design.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services or make a purchase. You may not use the website or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with the website’s operation, or violate another party’s rights.

3. Product information

We work to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, garment, production process, or material. Product measurements are approximate. Blank garments and production locations may vary as disclosed on applicable product pages. We may correct errors, update descriptions, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before an order is submitted. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Orders and cancellations

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount. Because some items enter production soon after purchase, cancellation or address-change requests are not guaranteed. 6. Production, shipping, and delivery

Some products are made or printed after an order is placed. Processing and transit times are estimates rather than guarantees. Shipping options, charges, and available delivery estimates are presented at checkout based on the destination and products ordered. 7. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Return and refund eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Contact return@livelocal.life within the stated claim period if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misprinted. Do not return an item without authorization.

8. Intellectual property and affiliations

The website, original designs, branding, text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Live.Local.Life. and may not be copied, sold, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission. References to geographic locations, historical themes, landmarks, community names, or cultural subjects are descriptive and do not by themselves imply official sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

9. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other functions. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Live.Local.Life.

10. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, comment, photo, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another party’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the store. We may remove content that violates these terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Live.Local.Life. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Live.Local.Life. against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that apply where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted.
